此《古今诗话纂》由明代李本纬辑。全书共六卷，采撷历代诗人轶闻掌故编次而成，分为：选唐诗纪事、选初潭集、选鹤林玉露、选苏长公外集、选百川学海、选西湖志馀，每书各成一卷。此为明万历时期黄槐开刊本，海源阁旧藏。

此本国内稀见，已知仅安徽省博物馆有藏。

[海源阁](https://baike.baidu.com/item/%E6%B5%B7%E6%BA%90%E9%98%81/1983100)位于山东省聊城市光岳楼南万寿观街路北杨氏宅院内，是清代四大藏书楼之一和中国历史上最著名的私人藏书楼之一。

李本纬，字君章，锦衣卫籍曲沃（今属山西），明万历二十年进士。

明万历时期黄槐开刊本

十册。框21.7x14.1厘米，9行19字，白口，四周双边，单黑鱼尾，版心上镌：**古今詩話**，中镌卷次

萬曆癸丑（四十一）年李本緯序
