此《宋元名人花鸟合璧》册虽冠名为“宋元名人”，但实际上这套图册汇集了从五代至宋、明历代绘画名家的花鸟画小品精华。共计十二幅，如：五代徐熙《碧桃雀鸟》，宋代徐崇嗣《竹雀樱桃》、易元吉《双猿》，元代钱选《莲实三鼠》，明代仇英《花卉草虫》等等。此册现藏于台北故宫博物院。

这类“合璧册”是古代收藏家将不同画家、尺寸相近的作品装裱在一起的常见形式，便于随手展阅与把玩。册页中有些作品的艺术风格与所署的早期名家完全不符，应该是明清时期民间作坊（如著名的“苏州片”）为了迎合收藏市场而伪造的“伪好物”。尽管册内伪羽混杂，但其中仍包含了几幅艺术水准较高的作品，例如： 钱选《莲实三鼠》、崔白《竹雀樱桃》、易元吉《双猿》。
